Had my coil removed, Catherine was professional and friendly, and put me at ease by explaining what I may experience during the procedure. I was made to feel relaxed and didn't even realise she had removed the coil, it took no time at all and was completely painless. Lovely clinic and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered.Emma Ried
